Never underestimate the power of a vision-aligned newsletter or blog that is mission-oriented and provides examples of achievement, ways to improve, expectations and guidelines of what is important. Other value added components include: contact, access and timing information and timing information as well as resources found to be of value particularly those that reinforce the vision.
A newsletter becomes irrelevant quickly if unnecessary or trivial information is included that does not align with the vision. Be very serious about this and keep it totally focused.

Increasing evidence shows it’s the innovators with the most perspectives around a given challenge that innovate and win more. When we see the richness of multiple and brand new perspectives we are ever stimulated to grow. So let’s celebrate and manage the differences we encounter keeping in mind that our most significant so-called ‘people problems’ occur when we try to ‘pigeonhole’ people. Who said innovative opportunities are easy? As Thomas Edison put it, ‘Opportunity is missed by most people because it comes dressed in overalls looking like hard work.” Our workforces are being filled with opportunities from all over the world. Let’s get ready to harvest them.
